What can you expect from Knuf Knuffels regarding warranty?

Knuf Knuffels and its suppliers are fully behind the products sold. We have many different brands in our range, and all have a good price / quality! 

Although all our suppliers and we regularly test items and study whether there are adjustments or possible defects, it is impossible that there are no complaints or defects in anyone and we are fully aware that most defects are not caused by use. We therefore always give a minimum of 6 months warranty on your products! Most of our brands also work with a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year, but even after this period we will see what is still possible to solve any defects for you, of course in all reasonableness and within the regular period of effectiveness of a product. Wear and tear and fall damage are not covered by the warranty, but this does not mean that we are usually unable to get spare parts for a small fee or that we may be able to completely replace the item at a very low price!

What if you have a complaint about us? 

First of all, send your neat e-mail to our mediation department: [email protected], stating your invoice number, in which you clearly state the problem. Any photos or videos will usually make the complaint immediately clear to us and the manufacturer, so the quickest way to deal with it is to send as much information as possible directly to us.

What if we can't figure it out together? 

First of all you can contact Stichting Webwinkelkeur, here we have our external mediation running, you can expect a substantive response within 14 days. You will also receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint in advance. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee of Stichting Webwinkelkeur. If we, together with the help of Stichting Webwinkelkeur, are unable to resolve your complaint, you can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. You can also contact the European ODR platform directly and skip everything before, however, many issues can easily be solved informally.
